The new Hamlet Office in Cambridge Bay was designed to provide a flexible and comfortable working environment, while taking full advantage of natural light and views. A raised floor and custom-designed partition system allows the building to accommodate any changes in staff, program delivery and technology that may occur in the future. Custom desks were ergonomically designed with an aim to maximize flexibility and storage. Some of the offices make use of thick storage walls as partitions, for efficiency in both construction and use of space.

Clerestory glass allows natural lighting to penetrate throughout the building. Full-height glass between offices maintains visual access to the outdoors, as well as privacy for each employee.
