The Western Arctic Research Centre accommodates both office facilities and laboratories for researchers working in northern NWT and Yukon.

​

The laboratory programming is placed on the main floor, along with the loading dock and other “dirty” functions. The office environment is located on the second floor and is divided between permanent staff offices and a flexible space intended for visiting science teams.
