Mechanical Engineering //

Our mechanical engineering team specializes in the design of building mechanical systems while maintaining focus on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. Our goal is to push the boundaries of sustainable design in northern Canada. Working with the entire design team in a collaborative and communicative environment, we focus on developing designs that meet the needs of our clients, while taking into account the local environment and the changing social and economic conditions of the diverse communities in the arctic and sub-arctic.  We review the energy sources and transportation challenges specific to each project, and work with the architectural design team to provide clients with a finished product that will meet their needs in a responsible and sustainable way for many years to come.

Construction Management //

Taylor Architecture Group can provide the right level of construction management engagement for the job at hand. We have knowledge of the unique challenges for organizing labour and engaging local communities, for scheduling in shortened building seasons, and delivery of materials to remote places. We leverage this Northern experience, and our relationships with Northern builders, to enhance project team collaboration and communication and ensure a project runs on budget and on schedule.
